The Lord gave me (Pastor Clint) a vision for 24 hour prayer and worship back in 1989. It came as I was studying the Tabernacle of David.
Ac 15:15 And with this the words of the prophets agree, just as it is written: 16 'After this I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up; 17 so that the rest of mankind may seek the LORD, even all the Gentiles who are called by My name, says the LORD who does all these things.''.
Am 9:11 "On that day I will raise up The tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, and repair its damages; I will raise up its ruins, and rebuild it as in the days of old; 12 That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and all the Gentiles who are called by My name," Says the LORD who does this thing. 13 behold, the days are coming," says the LORD, "When the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him who sows seed; the mountains shall drip with sweet wine, and all the hills shall flow with it.
Isa 16:5 In mercy the throne will be established; and One will sit on it in truth, in the tabernacle of David, judging and seeking justice and hastening righteousness."
The Tabernacle of David is not only 24 hour worship and prayer but government, authority and a lifestyle. It begins with a "Davidic Heart"
1Sam 13:14 But now your kingdom shall not continue. The LORD has sought for Himself a man after His own heart, and the LORD has commanded him to be commander over His people, because you have not kept what the LORD commanded you."
Ac 13:22 And when He had removed him, He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, 'I have found David *the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart,who will do all My will.'*
There are many places around the world where the Lord is raising up the Tabernacle of David. Mike Bickle in Kansas City has been going 24 hours for about 5 years now.
There are a number of differant names for this move of God: Tabernacle of David, Harp and Bowl, Prophetic Worship, IHOP, 24 House of Prayer etc. At Word of Grace we have been moving in prophetic worship from the early 90s. We have had seasons where we were doing about 27 hours a week on a consistant basis down to times of only 1 hour a week. We have a vision to see 1 or more 24 hour Davidic Tabernacles raised up in Las Vegas. At this time Rosy Vigna is leading our Harp and Bowl time.
